Rise serves biscuits and donuts from 7 am – 2 pm every day, waitstaff-free and with a swift service line. They have locally-roasted coffee, soft drinks, juices, and milk for customers to enjoy while they wait. The donut menu features an assortment of old school, new school, and specialty donuts with interesting and unusual flavors. The biscuit menu features everyday favorite fillings like country ham, bacon, sausage, fried chicken, and fried eggplant, as well as a variety of cheeses, spreads, and eggs. These biscuit and donut specialty offerings change monthly, and each Rise location features its own, unique specialty biscuits and donuts each month as well.
