Rebate offer good on Nov. 18, Dec. 1 and 8, 2021 or while supplies last! Rebate is available each event night to the first 250 qualifiers, 18 years or older, with photo ID. One rebate per person, per day. Store name and date of purchase must appear on the receipt. Receipts from Harris Teeter, Walgreens, ABC store and Fresh Market do not qualify. Store credit card, gift certificate and layaway purchase/payments do not qualify. Receipts may be added together to qualify for rebate. Rebate form and receipts must be presented by 7pm on event days at the designated GC rebate area. Photocopies of receipts will not be accepted. Receipts will not be split. Receipts will be stamped and returned to the customer.
