Cameron Village’s newest store offers wine shopping like you haven’t experienced before. Winestore has only been open a few weeks, but already Raleigh shoppers are finding a quick stop into Winestore offers fantastic wines at the best prices.
Assistant Manager Alex Brackins explains that the Charlotte based company offers the lowest wine prices in the state, and often the lowest in the nation. The modern, open feel of Winestore is the perfect place to stop in and find a bottle for a friend or loved one this season.
“There’s a handful of wines that are always big sellers for Christmas gifts. Normally we go to our table with the lowest price in the country. You get a really good bottle for a really good price.”
Want to toast a loved one with another favorite beverage? Stop at Tin Roof Teas for a tea sampler. A bag of Benelux Coffee’s Holiday Blend is perfect for the coffee lover in your life.

For the Collector
We all know Bailey’s Fine Jewelry is the premier jeweler in North Carolina and in their flagship store in Cameron Village, you feel the spirit of the holidays when you walk in the doors. We love seeing the charming, giant talking Christmas tree “Bruce the Spruce,” but the real spirit of the holidays is the Bailey’s team ready to help you find a great gift.
If you didn’t know, Bailey’s has more than fine jewelry. Each Christmas, the store sells tons of gorgeous giftware and the highly sought after Christopher Radko ornaments. Evida Virgo, Bailey’s Marketing Sales Support Team Lead explains, “MacKenzie-Childs giftware is always a big seller and our Radko ornaments! We’re one of the only stores in Raleigh that carries them. We have such a large selection as well. They’re collectibles.”

For Her
If you don’t know what the lady in your life would like, back over at Charlotte’s, Vick can help you. She says many husbands and boyfriends may wait until the last minute and instead of taking a chance by ordering online, she can help find something beautiful. “We have a huge sampling of women’s clothing and jewelry. Fashion accessories. We can guide him in the right direction. A one-stop shop instead of ordering from multiple outlets,” Vick says. She pulls a fur trimmed sweater off the rack and explains, “Some of our big sellers have been furs this year. Fur makes an awesome gift.” Then her team wraps your gift and you are done!

For Him (and everyone else)
Great Outdoor Provision Company is one of our favorite stores year round, but at Christmas, we find ourselves there looking for great gifts for everyone, but especially the guys in our lives. Sales Associate Reagan Crowe has been busy at the custom gift wrap table. She says one gift has been huge in 2019 and is sure to be perfect for the guys, and anyone really, “We’ve been selling a lot of Patagonia jackets. Those are always good gifts.”
When it gets late in December, GOPC sees many shoppers coming in the store instead of buying online she says, “You get to see your gift right here. You get to try it on. They know what they’re getting. They don’t have to wait for it in the mail, or something is wrong with it when they get it.”
The gift to you? The free gift wrap by Crowe herself.

The Gift of Fun
Not only will you find all the last-minute gifts you need, but it’s just fun at Cameron Village at Christmas. Let the kids dance up and down the giant piano stairs. Feel the spirit of the holidays when you write your wish and hang it on our Wishing Tree. Give back by sponsoring a family on one of eight Angel Trees around the Village. In any of our retailers, be sure to get a Season of Wishes card and drop it in one of our mailboxes. We’ll choose five charities you recommend to receive $1,000.

Many of our retailers offer holiday goodies in the coming weeks or are bringing in carolers. It’s just happy this time of year! Don’t believe us? Just stop into Bailey’s and ask Bruce himself.
